Symbol Control checkboxes The visibility of interactive symbols on the map is controlled through the checkboxes. A brown label indicates that a symbol list hasn't been loaded yet. The marking of an unloaded symbol list initiates a loading and creation process. A scrolling banner in the status bar might inform about the loading process. The progress of the creation process is also shown in the status bar. The start symbol is orange. Symbols of loaded lists are blue. A selected symbol is red - to unselect it click somewhere else on the map. Tip: A red selection symbol can only turn invisible when you unselect it - not through unmarking of checkboxes. This allows the creation of a display/print with a single symbol other than the start symbol.
