The included locations and classifications of national monuments were extracted from a database that until recently was available on a now defunct Dúchas web page. This data is being currently revised at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. It therefore cannot in any way be considered as final, nor should it be taken as indicating what has been issued as Record of Monuments and Places (RMP) for County Mayo (Implementation year 1997) or might be included in any future reissue of the RMP for that county. The data is supplied with the understanding that it will be used for internal research purposes only on the part of the user.
