How good are you at taking care of your mental health? What are the main signs of stress? How can we all be more Resilient? What is Mindfulness? What you can do each day to care better for yourself.

These are some of the questions that will be dealt with in a fascinating new 4 week course called Minding Ourselves which will run in Castlebar Library during February and March. Each week Workplace Psychologist Paul Marsden will deal with a different aspect of mental health focusing on positive thinking and becoming more mentally strong. The courses are:

Wednesday 15th February   -  Understanding stress and building resilience part 1.

Wednesday 22nd February - Understanding stress and building resilience part 2.

Wednesday 1st March         -  Introduction to Mindfulness.

Wednesday 8th March        -  Tips for good mental health and taking care of yourself
