What do you need to be creative? How do you get good ideas? Where do you start? You can get help with the challenge of creativity in a one-off talk in Castlebar Library on Monday February 13th. Whether you are working in business or teams, or just looking to be more creative this talk will help you to locate the good idea.

Michael Atavar currently provides dynamic business strategies for individuals and companies. His core approach is to use creative techniques - exercises, group tasks and games to stimulate new ideas. He has written four books about creativity ‘How To Be An Artist’, ‘12 Rules Of Creativity’, ‘Everyone Is Creative’ and devised a set of creative cards ‘210CARDS’. In his latest book ‘Better Magic – How To Have Creative Ideas In 24 Steps’ he looks at the challenges of creativity in modern life for individuals, creative leaders and people in business.

He has worked as a course leader at The Tate and The School of Life, teaching people different ways of being creative - “He has the rare ability to be both inspiring and practical when working with you; stimulating a passion for creativity in a nurturing and supportive way.” Miles Hanson

At this event he will be presenting his ideas and signing copies of ‘Better Magic’. Lecture takes place in Castlebar Library on Monday February 13th at 7.30 pm.

All welcome. Entrance is free.
