To access our online maps collections and Mayo locations links please choose from the following MapBrowser versions. For an overview of the map collections click here.

MapBrowser 2.0
Based on Flash Player and Google Maps. Introduced in 2012. Some maps still need to be migrated from the previous version. These, like all the others in MapBrowser 1.0, can be accessed most easily through links from MapBrowser 2.0: Find your townland etc. Click on the label or marker on the map. Make sure the Links tab is visible in the panel to the right. Then look for entries under Maps. |

MapBrowser 1.0
Based on Flash Player. Launched in 2009. This is being gradually phased out. We recommend using MapBrowser 2.0. If you decide to keep on working with MapBrowser 1.0 for the moment, please check out the links from 2.0 to 1.0 as described above. |

Place name data on Logainm website
Find your townland in MapBrowser 2.0. Click on the townland label on the map. Make sure the Links tab is visible in the panel to the right. Then look under Place Info for a “... Name Info" entry. Please note that our system currently only offers links to townland entries. The Logainm website contains a much greater variety of information. See the Mayo overview. |

1940's Tourism Survey
The survey was carried out parish by parish. So, find your parish in MapBrowser 2.0. Click on the parish label on the map. Make sure the Links tab is visible in the panel to the right. Then look for the 1940’s Tourism Survey folder. |
