Michael Davitt Exhibition

This exhibition was commissioned by Mayo County Council / Mayo County Library to commemorate the life of the Father of the Land League, Michael Davitt 1846 - 1906. The images below are a web version of the actual exhibition and tell the story of his life from birth in Straide, to his life in England & Ireland and his final return for burial in his home place, Straide, Co. Mayo.
