Information on curiosities, customs and superstitions in Knock parish from Irish Tourist Association Survey, 1945
Under the heading of "Curiosities" for the parish of Knock, there is mention of a stone in the townland of Curramore, believed by tradition to bear the imprint of St. Patrick's fingers. Also in the townland of Curramore is a holy well, "Tobar Caolainn". On the subject of the Knock pilgrimage, there is an excerpt included from a pamphlet by F.R. Carey detailing the travel and other facilities provided for pilgrims.
