Amenities and general information relating to Kilmeena Parish from Irish Tourist Association Survey, 1944
There are no towns or villages listed for this parish so there were not many public amenities apart from churches and schools. Mention is made of the Clew Bay Hall at Kilmeena where dances were held. An added page describes St. Brendan's R.C. church and Kilmaclasse R.C. church.
